Created as an interactive workshop, Take 5 focuses on providing participants with an action for identifying and communicating "mental fog."  Take 5 was used as an in-person and virtual facilitation event that incorporated the use of technology to create a safe space for participants.

This workshop was used to kickoff a Mental Health in the Workplace campaign to continue to develop a holistic approach to investing in employees.
